20 June 2020. Trung HOANG DUC joins the RTE Chair as postdoctoral fellow working on the control design for congestion management topics within the CPS4EU European project. His research interests span the optimal control theory, autonomous systems, and applied mathematics relevant to industry 4.0. Before joining CentraleSupelec, he received the Master degree of Applied Mathematics from Lyon University in 2015, and PhD degree of Mathematics in 2018 from Bordeaux University, France.”
1 June 2020. Alessio IOVINE joins the RTE Chair as postdoctoral fellow working on the control design for congestion management topics. Alessio received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in electrical engineering and computer science from the University of L’Aquila, L’Aquila, Italy, in 2010 and 2012, respectively, and the European Doctorate degree in information science and engineering in 2016 from the University of L’Aquila, L’Aquila, Italy, in collaboration with CentraleSupélec, Paris-Saclay University, Paris, France.
He was a Post-Doctoral Researcher with the Efficacity Research and Development Center, Paris, France, University of L’Aquila, L’Aquila, Italy, and University of California at Berkeley, Berkeley, USA. He now holds a Post-doctoral position at CentraleSupélec, Paris, France.
His research interests are related on advanced control methods for power and energy systems and traffic control, with smartgrids, integration of renewables and storage devices, autonomous vehicles and cooperative intelligent transportation systems as core applications.

June 2019. Best Paper Award awarded to Hang Zou at the Junior Conference on Wireless and Optical Communications (DJWOC’19) for the use of Machine Learning in Goal-Oriented Communications.

15 November 2018. RTE ChairWorkshop on « Energie et Numérique » and « Prix RTE Energie et Numérique » organized by S. Lasaulce and M.-C. Milleret. This successful one-day workshop gathered more than 100 people. The Prix RTE has been awarded to three students : Antoine Oustry (Ecole Polytechique), Hippolyte Brosse (CentraleSupélec), and Elise Mutschler (CentraleSupélec).
